Oh believe me this politician is going to impact us all way beyond dinner table rants...and I know for a fact the author of this blog gets out plenty -- in fact, they are presently in London and Wales...hopefully acclimating to the socialist atmosphere in hopes of being able to adjust to what the King of America has planned for us here...can anyone say Bangers and Mash?

You really need to get out more. There's more to life than sniveling about what some politician did, when it's unlikely to significantly impact your life beyond dinner table rants.

Thank you so much for posting this! I am so sick and tired of all the celebrity love-fest from the media and others.

Just because they are public figures, does not make them any more important than all the brave men, women and their families that make more sacrifices in one year than celebrities make their entire lives.

It's just insane.

Even if CAP & TAX is stopped now, it will be back.

We need to start talking about Helium-3 to once and for all CAP CAP & TRADE.

Watch this video for just one and half minutes and your view of the whole energy situation will change entirely (Includes former astronaut and former New Mexico Senator (R) Harrison Schmidt as a major advocate):

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=170310297...

Once you've watched, embed this video everywhere you can to spread the word about the energy solution we've already funded to the tune of BILLION$ for over a decade:

It's so funny because I just happen to have seen Obama's speech on TV the other day. After having approved a new budget for the coming exercise (I guess, I'm not North American), he and his Democrat congressmen were accused of stalling progress by changing to cleaner energy sources. Those gentlemen said the energy sources, as they are now, being based mostly on oil, car industry and etc generate wealth, create jobs and all the old neoliberal harangue of justifications for a system that has already proven to just concentrate wealth, rely on lobbyism, promote financial abuse by bankers, promote poverty, etc.

I saw Obama stand up against this "old fashioned America" saying this was a lie. New cleaner energy sources would promote new jobs, colaborate with the environment and make the US more self sufficient regarding energy issues. Whether this is marxism or not I cannot tell, but it sounds terribly reasonable!

And by the way, Communism didn't work in Eastern Europe, that's for sure, but Capitalism didn't work EITHER on this side of the Atlantic. So I think people would better rethink economic models and come up with something completely new, because Capitalism, JUST like Communism, is now dead.
