How and Why McCain-Palin Win in 2008
First the why:
Media-inspired backlash. It goes without saying that the so-called mainstream media are actively rooting for Obama. However, this blatant cheerleading will not go unobserved by the regular “folks”. And the regular folks will go to the polls on November 4th and make their disdain for the media felt - by voting for McCain-Palin. Remember George H.W. Bush’s war cry: “Annoy the media, vote Bush.”
Now the “how”
Attack relentlessly. Make Obama the issue; Palin is leading the way on this one. Frame the issue as follows: “Who is Barack Obama?”; “What does he stand for?”; “Why should one vote for him?”; “What does he stand for?” If Obama is the issue on November 4, 2008, he loses - just like he always does. He has never been able to seal the deal with voters because they believe he lacks the necessary qualifications to do the job.
AYERS/ACORN/Socialism, George Soros, etc. - Obama’s past is catching up to his present. Too much dirty business for voters to accept. I repeat, Barack Obama is NOT his own man. He is a cat’s paw for subversives and radicals bent on destroying this country’s traditions, institutions and foundations from WITHIN.
Hillarycrats/PUMA/Democrat defectors - are just getting their mojo.

JUSTICE: there is no right or wrong but a new double standard based on who you know and “spin” your true motives
1) ABC,CBS, NBC: are no longer considered viable news sources for current events.
2) Print media: NYT, GANNETT, LA TIMES ASSOCIATED PRESS, etc. lose readership and revenue and are now read with scepticism.
3) UNIVERSAL GREED: take as much money and power for yourself at the cost of the collective.
4) RESPECT for the individual: anyone that doesn’t share your opinions is belittled and slandered.
5) Honest VOTING: unethical community organizers justify their activities [see # 3]
6) PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: everyone is a vicitm andneeds a government handout.
7) HONEST HARD WORK and SELF RELIANCE: the hard working bill paying individual is passe giving way to the elevation of the empowered dependent class.
SOLUTION: organize the NEW CONSERVATIVE PARTY consisting of people that really know the meaning of HOPE and CHANGE.
Hi Glen; thanks for your response. I concur with much of it. My own thoughts are we put our shoulder to the wheel of Constitutional self-government and personal responsibility. I.E. - we think and act like Patriots and support those policies and individuals who do as well - at all levels of our government, particularly local (hamlet,village,city,town,state), etc. Here in Massachusetts, we will have the opportunity to vote to REPEAL/ELIMINATE state income tax. There is a very strong likelihood that the measure passes, which is a good thing IMHO.
