Ballotpedia is a wiki that is an excellent resource for bloggers in states which have initiative or referendum rights for citzens. Each of these 27 states has its own Ballotpedia page, with information about current ballot measures and referendums, state constitutional provisions, state government links, information about key government officials in that state, and links to current media coverage about what is going on politically in the state, as well as much more information on the county and city level where available.
