Let the games begin

Now that the MS has gotten McCain the nomination for the Republicans, his status of the MSM favorite Republican is out the window. I tried to tell my Republican friends about this, but they didn’t listen. Now they are gong to rip McCain apart and will try and get Obamarama elected, that is if Hillary doesn’t steal the election with the superdelegates. Why did these people listen to the MSM about how McCain is the only Republican that can beat either Hillary or Obama. I knew that all the cuddling of McCain by the MS was just a ruse to get the Republicans to nominate a man they could easily take down. And even if the people elect McCain they have gotten someone that is on their side on many issues. McCain believes in Manbearpig and will use the government to steal people’s money in the hoax of Manbearpig. He is on their side on interrogation methods. He is with them on Bush’s tax cuts, but he says now that he will make them permanent. And he is with them on Illegal Immigration, which I am not really far away from him, we can not get every illegal and throw them out. But we can go after the employers and stop the use of illegals.

I knew it was gong to happen, but you all voted for McCain. It was inevitable with how the MSM covered the Primaries. Duncan Hunter got no press at all, Thompson got scant press, but his mother’s health is what forced him out. Then Guiliani stayed on the sidelines until Florida, he did campaign in Iowa, but the MSM ignored him and gave him no chance to get his word out until it was to late. So we got Huckabe, the Populist Dhimmi Cater look alike, McCain the Maverick and Ron Paul the nutjob left. Wow, this is really what the Party of Reagan is today??? It has come a long way and a far cry of what the Contract With America was.

Does this mean I will not vote for McCain, hell no. I will try and get him elected over the Sociaslists that the Defeatocratic Party have foisted upon this country. Man it is going to be a tough road and hopefully Obamarama and his wife can put their feet in their mouthes some more. Or actually Obama will campaign as the Socialist that he is. Then maybe the country will wake up and smell the coffee. It is the South Park episode, vote for a Turd Sandwich or a big Douche.

For McCain, Self-Confidence on Ethics Poses Its Own Risk

WASHINGTON — Early in Senator John McCain’s first run for the White House eight years ago, waves of anxiety swept through his small circle of advisers.

A female lobbyist had been turning up with him at fund-raisers, in
his offices and aboard a client’s corporate jet. Convinced the
relationship had become romantic, some of his top advisers intervened
to protect the candidate from himself — instructing staff members to
block the woman’s access, privately warning her away and repeatedly
confronting him, several people involved in the campaign said on the
condition of anonymity.

When news organizations reported that Mr. McCain had written letters
to government regulators on behalf of the lobbyist’s clients, the
former campaign associates said, some aides feared for a time that
attention would fall on her involvement.

Mr. McCain, 71, and the lobbyist, Vicki Iseman, 40, both say they
never had a romantic relationship. But to his advisers, even the
appearance of a close bond with a lobbyist whose clients often had
business before the Senate committee Mr. McCain led threatened the
story of redemption and rectitude that defined his political identity.

It had been just a decade since an official favor for a friend with
regulatory problems had nearly ended Mr. McCain’s political career by
ensnaring him in the Keating Five scandal. In the years that followed,
he reinvented himself as the scourge of special interests, a crusader
for stricter ethics and campaign finance rules, a man of honor
chastened by a brush with shame.

But the concerns about Mr. McCain’s relationship with Ms. Iseman
underscored an enduring paradox of his post-Keating career. Even as he
has vowed to hold himself to the highest ethical standards, his
confidence in his own integrity has sometimes seemed to blind him to
potentially embarrassing conflicts of interest.— New York Slimes

  • It didn’t take them long to turn on McCain did it? I thought they would at least wait until both nominations were official. The media pushed McCain and the people fell in line, now we are screwed, even if he wins.

  • Yes I tried to warm those that were voting for him, but they didn’t listen. Now it is time to vote for the Big Douche or the Turd Sandwich. Isn’t that just lovely.
